About founder
Mario Jović
I am a UEFA-licensed football coach and coach developer with over 15 years of experience working from grassroots to elite senior football in Norway, Denmark, and Croatia. My career has taken me through roles as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Sports Director, and CEO of the Croatian Coach Union (ACFC), giving me a complete understanding of leadership, methodology, and development at every level of the game.
Throughout my international career and leadership role in ACFC, I built strong connections with coaches, academies, and clubs across Europe. My journey has included internships and study visits with top organisations such as PSG’s first team and academy, SL Benfica Academy, Dinamo Zagreb, FC Copenhagen, and many others.
This experience and network allow me to support coaches—not only with methodology and leadership, but also by helping them access international opportunities, elite environments, study visits, and professional contacts that can elevate their careers.
I’ve experienced promotions, championship-winning moments, and tough relegation battles—and I’m proud of all of them. Success taught me how to build strong processes; adversity taught me resilience, clarity, and how to lead under pressure. These contrasting experiences give me a unique advantage when mentoring coaches.
Academically, I completed my Post Graduation in High Performance Football Coaching at the Faculty of Human Kinetics in Lisbon, a prestigious and selective program with Jose Mourinho as main lecturer.Study have had focus on methodology, leadership, and the science of elite performance. I deepened my methodological background through the FC Barcelona Innovation Hub under Francisco “Paco” Seirul-lo, learning from one of the most respected minds in world football.
I believe coaching is fundamentally a human profession. It’s about clarity, trust, and creating environments where players, staff, and coaches can grow together. My mission is to provide honest guidance, structure, and perspective by helping coaches develop faster, lead with more confidence, and build a coaching career that reflects who they truly are.
